Blood donation is the cornerstone of health care, ensuring that hospitals and patients have access to vital resources. However, the traditional management of blood donations faces significant challenges, such as managing manual registers, ineffective monitoring of donors and delays in the search for appropriate donors. This research is Vital Link, a web system for managing blood donation. This optimizes the process of using Django Python, such as Overview, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and the use of Django Python on the front. The system incorporates research mechanisms in real time, with blood demands and warning notifications to increase accessibility and efficiency.Through a comprehensive analysis of system architecture, methodology, and impact, this study highlights how Vital Link can significantly improve donor engagement and reduce response time in medical emergencies.
